Do I have to log in or register before inserting an Ad?
There is no registration on AntiqueCake.com so the website can be used immediately.

How much does adding an Ad cost?
Adding an ad is free of charge. For advertising on our website you do not pay any registration fees, advertisement edition fees, trade percentages and additional fees as at internet auctions.

I can't find my Ad. What's happened?
Use the search box on the AntiqueCake homepage and enter your email or phone number you stated in the text of your ad to locate your ad. Make sure that you had added your ad to the correct category, eventually edit it. If you posted your ad 3 months ago (or for an event that has passed) then your ad may have expired. If conflicting Terms of Use, your ad has been removed. If you have checked out all of these possibilities and none of them apply to your ad then please email us and we will take a look.

I have forgotten the password. What to do about that?
Fill in any password in the ad you want to Delete/Edit. After you insert wrong password a site with the text will appear: 'You have inserted a wrong password. Your password was sent to your email address.' and your original password will be send to the email address stated in your ad.

When inserting a new Ad the previous one is deleted. Why?
It is likely that you post identical or very similar ads. Posting duplicate ads is not allowed on AntiqueCake.com.

Why has my older Ad been deleted?
Ads can be viewed on the server for 3 months. The maximum number of ads for one user is 30. You can post other ads if you wish so but with every new ad your currently oldest ad will be deleted so that the total number of ads posted by you does not go over 30.

I have got a problem with adding a picture to the Ad. What to do?
The picture has to have jpg format. Uploading the pictures can take up to several minutes if the pictures are too big (depending on the speed of your connection). Lessen them in a graphic program and in doing so speed up uploading the pictures.

There are ads on the server containing my email address and telephone number, but I did not post any Ads. How to solve it?
Send a message to support@antiquecake.com about the particular ad and we will delete it in turn.

I suspect a scam/fraud. What should I do?
Report it to us so that we can have a look at it and take an appropriate action. If you have been a victim of a scam/fraud we also encourage you to report it to the police.

RSS channels
AntiqueCake has integrated RSS channels. If you have a browser which supports them (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Opera) you can easily guard e.g. new ads in the section Silver. You just need to be in the particular section and click on the RSS icon in your browser.
