Its users pay no registration charges, no charges for edition of ads, percentage of the price as at internet auctions and no other additional fees. Neither the registration nor sign in are required for the use of AntiqueCake.com server.

Conduct
On the advertisement server AntiqueCake.com it is forbidden to advertise for: weight loss, multilevel, provision and pyramid systems, emailing and other workless earnings, 'Become a millionaire! More info by email' adverts, scam, potentially illegal services, work charged beforehand, other advertisement websites, floppy diskettes, CDs and DVDs duplication, ads containing dirty or erotic materials, their services or parts of such materials, ads containing obscene and offensive material, live chat, lady-companion work, consumer and hostess, e-books, loans, credits and hypothecs, applicable medicaments, drugs, weapons, any usable medical products and services, calls for violence and other illegal actions, racial, religious, sexual or other discrimination.

Use
The AntiqueCake.com services user agrees neither to publish nor send any information containing any lawlessness, assaults, any kind of offensive, mischievous and obscene texts or materials trespassing against law, or advertisements which could by any means break the rights of other persons or subjects, including advertisements which are perceived as criminal offence or other trespass against valid law, to send or forward the kind of materials which breaks or does not respect rights of other people including materials protected by copyright law, a trade mark, or other kind of author's laws (intangible rights) or materials gained from these protected materials if the author or the operator does not give permission for it, to send or forward materials containing viruses or other harmful components, to download any files added by other users as far as he knows or should know that such files can not be distributed by such means.

Administration
Any 'banned' ads that appear on the server will be deleted without the user's duty of informing the advertising person. In the case of entry of the two identical ads, the older one will be marked as a duplicate by the system and will be removed.

The operator reserves the right to make any necessary changes in a text of an ad, to move an ad into other category, eventually remove it if it is in disagreement with the Terms of Use of AntiqueCake.com, if he considers it incorrect, untrue, contradicting with good manners, incomplete, or it seems that the user is a different private or business person.

An inserted ad will be published for the period of 3 months. 5 days before the expiration of the period a notification of expiration of your ad will be sent to your e-mail address. If the prolongation for next 3 months is desired, click to a sent link. If you do not do so, your ad will be automatically removed after 3 months time. The maximum number of ads added by one user is 30.

The user understands that if he/she desires to remove his/her ad within the publication period he has to do so himself with the use of a verification password of the particular ad.

You agree not to hold us responsible for things other users post or do. The operator is neither responsible for AntiqueCake.com users' activities nor the way they use the AntiqueCake.com's services.
